Epic Program Managers

Epic Program Managers are responsible for managing multiple Epic Systems projects and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. They develop and implement program strategies, manage budgets and resources, and monitor program performance. Epic Program Managers Task & Duties

Epic Program Managers are responsible for overseeing the overall strategy and direction of the Epic electronic health record (EHR) system. Their duties include:

  • Developing and implementing the overall Epic strategy and roadmap
  • Coordinating with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates
  • Leading cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation
  • Monitoring project progress and identifying and mitigating risks
  • Providing strategic guidance and direction to Epic project managers
