Medical Technologist

Medical Technologists work in laboratory settings, performing tests and procedures to diagnose and treat medical conditions. Their primary responsibilities include collecting and processing blood samples, performing laboratory tests, and reporting results. Medical Technologists typically require a Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology and a current certification. They must also have experience in laboratory settings and be certified in BLS if required by the facility.

General Requirements
