Epic Trainers

Epic Trainers are experts in the Epic Systems electronic health record (EHR) system and are responsible for providing comprehensive training to healthcare providers and staff. They design and deliver customized training programs, conduct workshops and sessions, and create educational materials to ensure users are proficient in using the system. Effective communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for this role, as trainers must be able to engage and motivate learners. Additionally, trainers must stay current with system updates and new features to provide the most effective training.

General Requirements

Epic Trainers are responsible for providing training and support to end-users of Epic Systems software. Key requirements include:
